What is included in the Individual License?

The Individual License gives one user full access to the 30-minute Succeeding in a Global Team module, all available country business culture modules, knowledge checks, and downloadable PDF guides. It is ideal for professionals who want to build cultural awareness and improve global collaboration skills independently

What does the Small Team License include?

The Small Team License provides multiple seats (up to 50 users) for organizations who want their teams to access Culture Hub. It includes all modules, knowledge checks, PDF guides, optional white-labelling, and administrator access for assigning seats. Companies can manage users internally or request support from the Global Business Culture team.

What is included in the Enterprise License?

The Enterprise License is designed for larger organizations that require broad access across multiple teams or regions. It includes all features of the Small Team License, plus custom onboarding, reporting options, dedicated support, white-labelling, and the ability to purchase SCORM files for integration into an internal LMS. Enterprise terms can also include multi-year agreements.

Can we purchase SCORM files instead of using Culture Hub?

Yes. Organizations that prefer to host training on their own internal LMS can purchase SCORM files for selected modules. SCORM packages start from $1,500 per module and include updates to ensure compatibility. This is ideal for companies with established learning systems who still want access to Global Business Culture’s content.

Is white-labelling available for all license types?

Yes. Both Small Team and Enterprise License holders can request white-labelling options. This includes replacing Global Business Culture branding with the client’s logo, adjusting colors, and personalizing the platform experience. White-labelling can be applied either on Culture Hub or on SCORM files hosted on the client’s LMS

How long does access last, and can it be renewed?

All licenses—Individual, Small Team, and Enterprise—are time-bound and valid for 3 to 12 months unless otherwise agreed. Licenses can be renewed, and organizations may upgrade their license type at any time if more seats or features are required.

How do payments work for individuals and teams?

Individuals purchase access directly through Stripe on the Culture Hub website. Organizations receive a Stripe payment link for Small Team packages or Enterprise access, or they can be invoiced if preferred. Once payment is confirmed, seats are activated and assigned to users.
