Terms and Conditions

Culture Hub – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Culture Hub, an online learning platform operated by Global Business Culture Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using Culture Hub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to individual learners, multi-user organizational licenses, and enterprise clients, unless a separate contract states otherwise.

1. Definitions

  • Platform – Culture Hub and all related content and features
  • Individual License – A single seat purchased by an individual user
  • Multi-User License – An organizational license for multiple users
  • Enterprise License – A custom or large-scale license governed partly by a separate agreement
  • License Period – Duration of access, typically 12 months from activation
  • Digital Content – eLearning modules, videos, PDFs, assessments, text, and AI outputs
  • Seat – One user account with access during the License Period

2. Access to Culture Hub

  • Most pages are publicly accessible; licensed content requires a valid license
  • Users must create an account to access licensed content
  • Access is activated upon payment or seat assignment
  • We reserve the right to suspend or remove access in cases of misuse

3. License Types

3.1 Individual License

  • One license equals one seat for one named user
  • Purchased via Stripe or approved payment methods
  • Access lasts for the License Period
  • Licenses are non-transferable and non-shareable

3.2 Multi-User License (Organizational Use)

  • Organizations may purchase multiple seats
  • Seats assigned by Global Business Culture or a nominated administrator
  • Activated seats are considered used and may not be reallocated without approval
  • Administrators must assign seats only to authorized users

3.3 Enterprise License

  • Governed partly by a separate agreement
  • Where conflicts exist, the contract prevails
  • These Terms apply to areas not covered by the contract

4. License Restrictions

  • Sharing login credentials
  • Accessing content without a valid license
  • Copying, recording, downloading, or distributing content without permission
  • Using content for teaching or publication without written approval
  • Circumventing seat limits or unauthorized reassignment

5. Payments and Billing (Stripe)

  • All individual purchases are processed securely via Stripe
  • Accurate billing information must be provided
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes
  • Access is granted only after successful payment
  • Auto-renewal (if introduced) will be clearly communicated

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 14 days if no content has been accessed
  • Accessing any content voids refund eligibility
  • Organizational and enterprise refunds follow contract terms
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the platform lawfully and professionally
  • Avoid harmful or inappropriate content
  • Report suspected misuse

8. AI Culture Assistant

  • Provides general cultural guidance only
  • AI outputs are not legal, HR, or professional advice
  • Users must assess relevance and accuracy
  • No sensitive or confidential information should be entered

9. Data Privacy

  • Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
  • Data includes profile details, activity, and progress
  • Organizational administrators may receive user activity reports
  • We do not sell personal data for marketing

10. Platform Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Maintenance or technical issues may affect availability
  • No liability for losses caused by downtime

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content is owned by Global Business Culture Ltd
  • No reproduction or distribution without permission
  • Downloads are for personal or internal organizational use only

12. Termination of Access

  • Access ends at the conclusion of the License Period
  • Accounts may be terminated for breaches
  • Users must delete downloaded materials upon termination

13. Changes to These Terms

  • Terms may be updated periodically
  • Continued use indicates acceptance
  • The latest version is always available on the platform

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless superseded by a separate agreement.
